Yeah a good price, an excellent house and price…

I feel so blessed that she explained to me in very simple to understand ways all the options available…I assumed I needed to spend money to repair and renovate the house before selling it (cash that I did not have)… I did not realize I could just sell a house as is, do nothing more, and walk away with cash.

I live in Miami and inherited my grandparents house in Delray Beach and simply do not know the real estate market and how it works at all. So I was at a loss to what even my options were. I started talking with Hilary and I am so lucky and grateful to have found her. So appreciative of her taking the time to explain the very basics of the real estate market in Florida. I was not sure even what my options were. Should I rent out the house? Should I sell the house? What about hoa fees and property taxes? I really did not know what to do. She is a very patient soul (thank you Hilary!) and I feel so blessed that she explained to me in very simple to understand ways all the options available. I assumed I needed to spend money to repair and renovate the house before selling it (cash that I did not have), but again Hilary explained all the options which was truly eye-opening!
